  • DO I NEED TO BE HOME FOR THE SERVICE ? 

This is entirely up to you. If you want us to clean your property in your absence, you can either keep a key on file with us, or leave it in a safe place for us to find.

 

  • WHAT IF I HAVE PETS?

Pets must be put away for the duration of the cleaning job. This will ensure the total safety and comfort of your pet, and enable us to do a much more thorough job. We love our fur babies too but this is for the safety of everyone.

 

  • WHAT KIND OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Discover credit cards.

 

  • WHAT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT?

Please let us know if you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning no less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Please note that we charge a $75 fee if you fail to inform us of your cancellation or rescheduling plans at least 48 hours in advance.

 

  • WHAT'S INCLUDED IN A CLEANING?

We provide a wide range of cleanup and organizing tasks, and even packing and unpacking services. Please see our Services page for a detailed list of all our services.

 

  • HOW MANY HOUSE CLEANERS WILL DO THE CLEANING?

This varies depending on the size of the home, and the complexity of the task. We generally provide from one to four cleaners to each of our clients.

 

  • DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

Yes we do! Our cleaning services make for great gifts and they are some of the best ways to show that you truly care.

 

  • WHAT CITIES DO YOU SERVE?

Our service areas include Orange County CA & Las Vegas, NV. We are always expanding and growing our areas of service, so please give us a call if you don’t see your town or city here.

 

  • WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A REGULAR CLEANING AND A DEEP CLEANING?

Our regular cleaning meets the highest standards for quality and excellence, and they should suffice for most locations and most situations. But if you need some truly in-depth and/or thorough cleaning, our intensive deep cleaning service is the best option available. Please see our services page for more information about our deep cleaning services.

 

  • DO YOU PROVIDE EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES?

Our cleaning staff is equipped with all the supplies and equipment necessary to get practically any job done. However, we will be happy to use any of your products, supplies, or equipment if you prefer.

 

  • DO YOU OFFER RECURRING SERVICES?

Yes, we offer weekly, bi-weekly and monthly cleaning services.

 

  • WHAT ARE YOUR RATES?

The rate for cleaning varies depending on several factors, including the size, and condition of the home. Please visit our Book Now option to get your instant estimate and book online. 

 

  • WHAT TYPES OF CLEANING DO YOU NOT OFFER?

There are some services that we currently do not provide, including biohazard cleaning/removal, animal waste cleaning, rodent or insect cleaning/removal, wall washing and exterior of home or office. 

 

  • CAN I TIP MY HOUSE CLEANER?

By all means! If you are especially satisfied with the services that you have received, a tip is a great way to show it. Our cleaners will certainly appreciate the gesture.
